Rockville Walk-in Hours:
We accept walk-ins at our Rockville location between 9am-12:40pm, 1:45pm-5pm Monday-Friday, Saturday's require an appointment.
Appointments after 5pm during the week or on a Saturday can be made by accessing our APPOINTMENT PORTAL.
Germantown, Silver Spring and Bethesda Walk-in Hours:
We accept walk-ins at our Germantown, Silver Spring and Bethesda locations between 9am-11:30am, 1pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Appointments after 4:30pm during the week by accessing our APPOINTMENT PORTAL.
Yes, we do accept walk-ins. Because we value your time, however, we recommend that you schedule an appointment so your wait time is at a minimum. It has been reported that the wait time can be up to two hours at CJIS-Baltimore, and more than an hour at our competitors' locations. Our appointments are set every 15 minutes to ensure you will be seen in a timely fashion. Please be advised that appointments take priority. If possible, prior to walking in, please contact our office so we may make every effort to work you into the schedule and decrease any potential wait time on your part.
