Maryland General Assembly - New Fingerprint Laws

The General Assembly of Maryland has voted, and it may affect you. There are many new laws that go into effect by the end of 2016 that require new jobs to be vetted. These include anything from County and State positions to New Health Occupations boards. American Identity Solutions has studied the laws that have been passed and our staff has become ready to assist our customers. The full set of new laws affect:

-Kent County - Prospective Employees and Volunteers

-Health Occupations Boards

----Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech–Language Pathologists

----Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators

----Board of Occupational Therapy Practice

----Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners
